You do not have to have a referral from a G.P to access our services we accept self referral. 

Children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an parent/ guardian for the first intake appointment.

  If you can download our referral form fill it out & email it back us, this will help to prepare your session so you receive the counseling support that is best suited to you.

If you having trouble filling out the referral form we have copies in our office to fill out upon arrival to your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to fill out referral form if you haven't already done one.
