What we offer at Steppingstones wellbeing
Stepping stones wellbeing is dedicated counselling services located in the limestone coast. Stepping Stones Wellbeing provides support for those experiencing challenging times. We specialises in support to children, young adults, and families living with autism spectrum disorder, Adhd, comorbidities, co-complex trauma, Alcohol and other drug. Karmyn, the founder of Stepping Stones Wellbeing, has personal experience with the challenges of living with neurodiversity, along with raising her own children who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and comorbidities and is an experienced alcohol and other drug counsellor. This is an area of support that is close to her heart.
We aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with neurodivergent conditions. Through our programs and community initiatives, we strive to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in our community and provide the necessary tools and resources to help our clients achieve their full potential.
Whether it's behavioural support, social skills development support, sensory processing, auditory processing, emotional regulation, co-regulations, community engagement, substance misuse or addiction we are committed to working closely with families and our clients to provide personalised counselling and strategies that meet their unique needs and goals. We prioritise the overall well-being and mental health of the children and youth we work with, creating custom support plans that are child-led and child focused.
Stepping Stones Wellbeing and the Oatmill Cinema complex have joined forces to offer inclusive and exhilarating sensory sessions for both children and adults.
With lowered audio and lighting settings, you can fully immerse yourself in the big screen without being overwhelmed by sensory overstimulation. This unique and delightful experience is open to all, and we welcome you to join us.

PARENT SUPPORT GROUP.
We invite you to attend our Parent Support Groups designed specifically for parents raising children with neurodiversity.
These meetings are held at the Mount Gambier public library. Please follow are facebook to make sure you don't miss out when we release the date for that month.
No appointment is required - simply drop by for a complimentary morning tea and connect with other parents who are on a similar journey.

Littles Pebbles workshop
Stepping Stones Wellbeing has put together a wonderful workshop that takes a look at autism in early childhood.
this workshop has been created by our founder Karmyn with her own personal experiences of raising children on the spectrum. With Karmyn's professional and personal knowledge this workshop is filled with love, empathy and understanding for those parents, caregivers and educators who are raising and supporting these special little children.
